Create your own Mala Prayer Beads to use during your meditation.
Mala beads are an ancient tool that was developed to keep the mind focused on the practice of meditation.
We will be using a combination of Sandalwood beads and crystals.
We will take some time to discover the history of the Mala beads and the different ways you can use them
